WHY IT WORKS:
USE OF RESIDUAL AIR
Generally, a diesel engine has no throttle plate or butterfly valve (like a petrol engine which governs the air that the engine needs). The intake stroke of the diesel engine draws air into the engine without restriction.
For each intake stroke the maximum amount of air is drawn into the combustion chamber. The speed and power of the engine is controlled by the amount of diesel that is injected and burnt on the combustion (or power) stroke.
As a result of this maximum air / limited fuel combustion process, there is always spare oxygen left in the combustion chamber after all of the diesel has been consumed. We call this, “residual air”. It is this residual air which we use to ignite the extra diesel which is injected via our Performance Module. (The factory computer is made to refine the timing and duration of fuel injection).
Also unlike a petrol engine, the diesel engine will produce more power when a richer combustion is provided. Through voltage emulation, smart engineering, and an incredible amount of time spent developing tunes for the given engine, we acheive an Engine Management Module unsurpassed in the industry for Quality, Price and Performance.

It mentions that a Dealer or Manufacturer CANNOT VOID your vehicle warranty. The paragraph refers to keeping Statutory Warranty (Manufacturer’s minimum warranty given by law) whilst express warranty (warranty given by dealers) that may include or exceed the Statutory Warranty but can not dismiss Statutory Warranty through the use of aftermarket parts or non authorised mechanics work conducted unless it can be proven that the aftermarket part caused the fault.
